A group of students take the whole property on a joint rental agreement and split the rent. A Yeeliving adviser helps you find co-renters and supports your application.

How many people are renting together
  • On a joint rental agreement, each person is responsible for all of the rent and for any damage. CAV ↗
  • The bond is capped at one month's rent when weekly rent is A$900 or less. Splitting it by the number of people is a guide only. CAV ↗
  • Yeeliving only makes introductions and helps with applications. We do not sublet the property to you, and we do not collect rent or bond money.
A$335 per person per week
Whole property A$670/wk ÷ 2 people · about A$1,452 per person per month (split evenly; if room sizes differ, you can negotiate)
This property has 1 bedroom, so with 2 people some of you would share a bedroom. Ask an adviser whether the rental provider or agent agrees.
