A group of students take the whole property on a joint rental agreement and split the rent. A Yeeliving adviser helps you find co-renters and supports your application.
How many people are renting together
- On a joint rental agreement, each person is responsible for all of the rent and for any damage. CAV ↗
- The bond is capped at one month's rent when weekly rent is A$900 or less. Splitting it by the number of people is a guide only. CAV ↗
- Yeeliving only makes introductions and helps with applications. We do not sublet the property to you, and we do not collect rent or bond money.
